Places are limited to a maximum of 15 people per workshop and are on a first come first served basis. We advise that you book early to reserve a place. Reservations can only be confirmed upon receipt of booking information and full payment.

100% refund (over 40 days)
Any cancellation made more than 40 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.

50% refund (30-40 days)
Any cancellation (except Mallorca) made between 40 and 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund

Mallorca (0% refund under 40 days)
Any cancellation made less than 40 days prior to arrival will not receive a refund if the workshop location is Mallorca

0% refund (under 30 days)
Any cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival will not receive a refund

If in the event that changes are necessary to the workshop venue (our chosen hotel), an alternative venue of an equal or better standard will be selected. Workshop dates and city location will remain unchanged. We reserve the right to make changes to the course syllabus and details as deemed necessary.

In the event of a workshop cancellation a full refund will be given. Hotel reservations are made in the guest's name and where possible the bookings will remain. Guests will be advised to contact the hotel to secure their reservation by credit card. Our full cooperation will be given to assist you should this situation arise.

Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance which also covers the cost of the weekend workshop & hotel. In the event of a delayed flight we cannot be held responsible nor refund for late or non-arrival of participants.
